I've been watching her since her keel was laid Ron. Her interior is very similar to the Northlink Hamnavoe, not surprising as her exterior is a shortened version of that. I tracked from the time she left Gdansk and entered Scottish waters, followed her progress all the way to Oban. She does the 1300 sailing from Kennacraig on Saturdays which is our usual ferry so we're looking forward to seeing her 'in person. Then it's down to Bowmore to the Co-op to stock up and then on to the cottage, calling in at An Gleann for eggs on the way.
I loved the video of Losset Bay, it's our nearest beach..about a 20 minute walk.
I seem to be 'following' you on everything now thanks to technology... on here, on Facebook, on Twitter.....
The Maggie is one of Ealing studios lesser known comedies. A wily old skipper of a Western Isles 'Puffer' and his motley crew lead all who come into contact with them a fine old time! Many scenes on Islay!
