A while back I wrote about a stunning trip with Islay Sea Adventures. Gus and his crew took us on a nature trip along Islay's stunning south-east coast to watch the seals and other wildlife, enjoy the views and to catch fish. So far many visitors have found their way to Port Ellen to join Gus and his very experienced crew for a beautiful time out to sea.

Now Gus is building on his succes and recently launched a fast 7.5 mtr RIB which is coded for 8 passengers and 1 crew. This new boat will be doing a slightly shorter route as the bigger boat and will act as Sea Taxi for the three Kildalton Distilleries. You can now visit Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg by sea from Port Ellen Marina and get to see the three distilleries from an entirely different perspective. Gus also offers the option to depart at Ardbeg, how cool is that?
