Paul from an Taigh Osda at Bruichladdich asked me to publish the following information: "There will be a Public Meeting held in Ballygrant Hall, Thursday 30 July about the completion of Port Askaig Pier Works. T think they have tried to sneak this one in under the radar..... I was only made aware by the Ileach who happened to manage to lay their hands on a very rare notice advertising it." Apologies for the short notice but I think in this case it's better late than never or should I say better safe than sorry!

Update: Carl Reavey sent me an email telling me that the meeting actually took place last night, on Thursday 30 July.
