Port Mòr is now under new management. After a long break, Debbie Mack has decided to get back out and turn the café at Port Mòr into a bistro, offering more specialised and healthy food options.
When she advertised for a chef there was a lot of keen interest ultimately deciding to go with Nick Williams, a friendly and skilled chef from Manchester. Nick comes from a family of chefs and has over ten years experience in the industry. He has worked all over the country in various restaurants and hotels and enjoys working with fresh local produce. he has a passion for preparing tasty, well presented food and Debbie was delighted to have him on the team to launch her bistro.
They both look forward to the challenge ahead of them. “We will be serving food all day,” said Debbie, with extensive fresh menus for breakfast, lunch, light meals and evening meals.” Debbie has a drinks licence. A sample menu is available as PDF here.
