Today I have two Islay videos for you. The first video below of the lobster already appeared on my Islay Daily Newspaper today, which is automatically composed of people I follow on Twitter, SinglemaltTV is one of them. Now back to the video which is really nice. Martine Nouet shows in the first video how to prepare a lobster, caught by a local fisherman, with Caol Ila whisky.

In the second video you can see Martine visiting Rockside farm and preparing Islay beef with Bruichladdich whisky. I don't know about you but these videos make me very hungry, and thirsty too :-)
