Regular readers know that every now and then I post video's from Youtube who have the biggest collection of online videos. The downside of Youtube however is the sometimes poor quality of the videos and the overwhelming amount of them which can make it hard to find what you are looking for. Other websites offer similar services as youtube and distinct themselves in quality and/or usability, just like the site I wrote about yesterday. Today I decided to search a couple of other video websites to check what Islay videos they have to offer, just to broaden the horizon, and the results were great!
The first video website I tried was Yahoo video where I found a really nice video from a cycle trip through Arran, Islay and Bute:
The second video I found came from photobucket.com which tapped into the success of Google and now offers video's as well as pictures. On this website I found several videos from the ponies at Ellister made my JaneIslay, and I assume this must be Jane Dawson. Below is here video of the ponies Honey and Holly:
The third video comes from Google and is called Ceilidh at Bruichladdich Open Day. It's hard to day which open day it is because the sun shines and it happens to do so every time at the Bruichladdich open day. See if you can spot a couple of familiair faces, or perhaps yourself! :-)
