It's a shame not to be on Islay on such a beautiful day, but from the pictures people send me it almost feels like I'm there. First Brian Palmer sent me an image of Bowmore, taken this morning, and tonight Ewan Graham sent me stunning pics of the area around Ballygrant and the Paps of Jura. And just when I was ready posting Ewan's images Mark Unsworth from Islay studios sent me an email with two beautiful snow pictures. What a treat! You can find Marks images below and I hope you recognise the image of the "Ballygrant Track", it's leading to a very good Guest House ;-)
