Islay in the Early 1900s

It's always interesting to see how little has changed on Islay when you look at old photographs of villages and farms. No massive housing development projects have spoilt the island, so much what was built some hundred years ago or more is still here. This makes it quite easy to compare old pictures with the present situation. Today I have a few very old black and white postcards and pictures of the early 1900s which prove just that, more or less :-)
