I'm not a frequent viewer of cooking shows on television, I do however enjoy Martine Nouet's cooking videos on Single Malt TV, which has probably have something to do with the fact that I know Martine personally and respect her knowlegde of whisky and food, and she lives on Islay! If you need an idea for a great recipe you might want to watch this video. If you watch it before supper you get a really nice appetite. Enjoy!
