Due to technical problems elsewhere within the network it has been necessary to deploy one of the vessels on the Islay Service to the Oban Area for one day only.

All sailings from Kennacraig – Islay tomorrow (Saturday 25 May 2013) will be operating as per timetable, the only sailing affected by this disruption will be the 18:00hrs sailing from Islay (Port Askaig) which will be delayed until the later time of 20:30hrs and will be operating from Port Ellen NOT Port Askaig.

Saturday 25 May 2013:
The outward sailings from Kennacraig / Port Askaig - Colonsay are NOT affected by this disruption, it is only the inward sailings from Colonsay - Islay - Kennacraig that have been disrupted.
This will mean that there will be NO day trip opportunity for Passengers wishing to travel from Kennacraig / Port Askaig – Colonsay on Saturday 25 May 2013 as the vessel will NOT return from Colonsay – Islay – Kennacraig it will carry on North to Oban.
