It's been a while since the Ileach newspaper published any new videos but today they have uploaded two of them. The first video shows the last night of the Classic Malt Cruise at Port Ellen and Lagavulin Distillery. The Ileach: "Around 80 yachts made it to Lagavulin and around 500 people enjoyed the traditional seafood buffet before dancing the night away with the Maverick Angels. Accompanied by a dram, or even two.... "

The second video shows the Islay 5K run for Cancer Research. The Laddieblog wrote about the 5K race: "Over a 100 Islay ladies will be running away from the Laddie as fast as their legs will carry them. The 5km sponsored run has been organised by Port Weymss' Kate Skinner in aid of Cancer Research UK, the world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research, and will start from Bruichladdich Distillery." The Ileach Flickr pages have a special album with images from the race and below is the video of a lovely sunny charity day on Islay:
