Yesterday was the 5th edition of Islay's very popular annual beach rugby event in Scotland. It was a sunny day, not unusual for events organised and/or sponsored by Bruichladdich. There were a lot of people witnessing the players "eating sand" on the beach. The Bruichladdich team were the winners of the Laddie Cup, Watsonian were best of the ten ladies teams who participated.
