New Bed and Breakfast on Islay
It's good to see a new accommodation starting up on Islay and it's in a unique location as well. This new accommodation, a bed and breakfast, can be found at Upper Cragabus on the Oa Peninsula. The owners are Isobel & Clive Mycroft and they have named their property Cragabus Bed and Breakfast. A quote from their new website built by Lesley Lutomski: "Cragabus Bed and Breakfast has one double room en suite and one twin room with wash hand basin and private bathroom close by. Both rooms have tea and coffee facilities with hair-dryer provided. There is a comfortable lounge with a large selection of books for you to choose from and a conservatory where you can watch the birds at your leisure. The attractive dining room is where our guests will be served a full Scottish breakfast before setting off on the pursuits of the day." Now if I'm not mistaken and if everything works well you can see the house below in Google Streetview:
Cragabus Bed and Breakfast is now open for bookings. You can find more information on www.uppercragabus.co.uk or you can contact Isobel and Clive by email at isobel@uppercragabus.co.uk
